- What is the cocktail flight?
Barmini's cocktail flight is the ultimate way to experience our most innovative and adventurous techniques through a progression of cocktails. The flight may be purchased in advance, or ordered by the entire group once you arrive for your reservation.
- What is the difference between minibar and barmini?
Barmini by José Andrés is our cocktail lounge, featuring more than 100 classic libations and unique creations, as well as a menu of inventive snacks. At barmini, reservations are highly encouraged, although walk-ins are accepted when there is availability.
- Are reservations required at barmini?
Reservations at barmini are recommended as seating is limited. Because we have limited seating, we do ask that each reservation be limited to two hours and that you kindly keep this in mind while enjoying your cocktails. Reservations open six weeks in advance.

- Does barmini serve food?
Barmini offers a unique menu of small bites that can be ordered a la carte.
- Does barmini serve beverages besides cocktails?
In addition to our robust cocktail menu, we also offer an extensive list of wines by the glass and bottle as well as beers and non-alcoholic beverages.
- What is the dress code?
We do not have an official dress code – attire tends to be upscale casual.
- Is there parking?
We offer valet on E street at $14 per car.
There are numerous parking garages within a few blocks of minibar, the closest being located at 450 8th St NW.
- Do you offer gift cards?
You may purchase a José Andrés restaurants e-gift card, which can be redeemed at minibar, barmini, or any other ThinkFoodGroup restaurant in the DC-area. For minibar and barmini, the e-gift card can be applied on the night of the reservation.
